This plan addresses scenarios where office renovation and relocation occur simultaneously. We coordinate the renovation and moving teams’ schedules to ensure moving happens only after dust-producing works are completed, avoiding contamination of new furniture. We apply protective covers over installed floors and walls, and perform a simple dusting wipe after moving is finished.

We also include assistance with handing over old office keys and access card return boxes, as well as basic instructions for first-time use of the new access control system (e.g., card insertion direction and indicator light meanings). For newly installed sit-stand desks, we test basic lifting functions (testing only, not repair). Additionally, we provide two days of on-site standby support for unexpected adjustment needs.

The deposit is estimated from coordination meeting schedules and cross-over timelines; the balance is adjusted according to actual standby days, protective cover area used, and any vehicle idling costs caused by renovation delays. This plan serves as a critical bridge between renovation and occupancy.
