This package supports on-demand scaling, whether you are relocating a five-workstation micro-office or a 200-person regional headquarters. The basic version includes standard furniture disassembly and transport, with optional upgrade modules such as precision equipment escort, high-rise crane services, multi-day phased operations, and employee transport signposting around the new site. You freely add or remove modules based on budget and actual scale.

We use modular transport box sets that can be combined flexibly according to load volume, avoiding waste or shortage from fixed vehicle types. For multi-floor new offices, we assign different coloured teams per floor to prevent cross-floor movement confusion. We also provide a “fine-tuning service” for one week after the move – if items need repositioning, you can book a time slot for us to assist (limited to 5 items per session).

The deposit is calculated from the base cost of your initially selected modules, securing basic transport capacity; final settlement is based on actual selected upgrade modules, fine-tuning sessions, and any extra vehicles activated. Cost-change notifications are provided at each step, keeping expansion within a controlled range.
