You only need to provide a basic item list (digital or handwritten photo accepted), and we give a straightforward price range. On moving day, we load in “heavy-first” order – placing heavy filing cabinets and safes (moving only, not opening) at the truck bottom, then lighter chairs, optimising space utilisation.

We use standard stretch film and cartons to reduce selection time. All items arriving at the new site are briefly labelled by “room number + category” (e.g., “202-desk”, “203-cabinet”), without fine placement to shorten working hours. If you need more detailed positioning, you can select the “fine placement” add-on. We also provide simple sweeping at the old site (no chemical cleaning).

The deposit is based on the estimated total volume from the basic inventory; the balance is adjusted according to actual loaded volume and whether the fine-placement add-on is activated.
