We implement a “dual-check” mechanism: one person reads the manifest while another verifies physical items during loading, and the same pairing is repeated during unloading to ensure no box is left behind. For irregular items like large floor clocks or sculptures, we build custom wooden frames on-site to prevent movement during transit. This kit also includes removal of all hanging objects (banners, awards) and application of wall hole-filling compound (only for non-special wall surfaces).

The deposit is estimated based on the number of professional boxes and irregular items, used to custom-build frames and arrange check teams; the balance is adjusted according to actual wooden-frame material usage, filler compound consumption, and any overweight item surcharges.
