This plan covers every standard link of the relocation cycle, from pre-move new-site floor measurement (recording socket positions and fire extinguisher distances), to real-time route adjustments during transit (responding to temporary traffic restrictions in European cities), to post-move item placement and packing material recycling. We provide a complete “relocation log” electronic document containing timelines, personnel lists, and vehicle details for your records.

Specifically, we offer numbered disassembly for open-plan long tables and modular workstations – every screw is placed in a corresponding numbered sealed bag to avoid parts confusion during reassembly. For existing fixed fixtures in the new office (built-in cabinets), we apply protective avoidance without forced movement or disassembly. A backup vehicle is kept on standby in case of primary vehicle breakdown.

The deposit is based on comprehensive survey of office area and total item count; the balance is adjusted according to actual backup vehicle usage, log production complexity, and final packing material recycling quantities.
