This set is dedicated to the exclusive relocation of management-level desks, accompanying chairs, and side cabinets. We custom-make thick felt covers for each desk and use straps to secure drawers, preventing accidental sliding during transit. Small desktop items (lamps, photo frames, pen holders) are packed in compartmentalised boxes and restored to their original positions at the new desk (based on your pre-provided desktop photos).

We also check if the new management area power sockets are sufficient and assist with plugging in desktop power strips (no circuit modification). For lockable drawers, we confirm locked status and record key numbers separately, for you to personally unlock upon arrival. This set includes physical connection of the management room telephone, but call testing is left to you.

The deposit is estimated based on the number of desks and whether custom felt covers are needed; the balance is adjusted according to actual transport distance, extra side cabinets or tall cabinets, and comparison adjustments from restoration photos. This service demonstrates respect and care for core executives.
