This bundle is dedicated to making each employee’s workstation transition “seamless,” minimising productivity loss. Three days before the move, we distribute a set of self-adhesive labels (with name, department, and new workstation number) to each employee, who then affixes them to their monitor base, keyboard tray, and under-desk storage box. On moving day, we strictly follow the labels to deliver personal items directly to the new workstations.

For shared or hot-desking areas, we use a “first-come, first-serve” batch placement logic according to your shift schedule. We also prepare an “emergency start-up pack” per department, containing extension leads, short network patch cables, and cleaning wipes for quick connection upon arrival. A follow-up call is made on the second day after the move to check for any misplaced or missing items.

The deposit is estimated based on total workstation count and number of departments, used to pre-print the labelling system and prepare start-up packs; final costs are settled according to actual label recovery, any additional label reprints, and extra labour hours from second-round adjustments after follow-up. This is a human-centric, detail-focused set, especially suitable for teams with low staff turnover and high employee experience value.
