This set adopts a minimalist “two-point, one-line” process: from your old site’s designated loading zone directly to the new site’s unloading zone, with no intermediate warehousing to minimise handling frequency and damage risk. We select well-maintained box trucks with non-slip rubber mats and cargo straps inside to ensure items do not shift during transit.

We provide a clear “loading sequence chart” – items for the farthest rooms are loaded first and unloaded last, avoiding searching within the truck. For heavy items like safes or pianos requiring simultaneous transport, we pre-arrange a tail-lift. This set does not include packing services (you pre-box items), but we can deliver empty boxes as an extra.

The deposit is estimated based on transport distance and vehicle type, securing the direct vehicle; the balance is adjusted according to actual trips and whether the tail-lift surcharge is activated. This is the simplest, most direct plan with the fewest transfer points.
