This comprehensive service covers the entire chain from clearing out the old office to unpacking and placing items in the new one, with special emphasis on the “clearing” phase – including removing wall-mounted fixtures, taking down curtains, and recycling obsolete cables, sorted according to European regulations for proper disposal of electronic accessories. We also offer contact services for donation or recycling of unwanted old furniture (fees separately quoted).

During the transfer, we use a colour-coded labelling system to distinguish items by department or project team, so upon arrival they are taken directly to the corresponding floor or zone, reducing secondary handling. For fragile kitchen or pantry items (glassware, ceramic mugs), we use partitioned boxes with clear “fragile” and “this way up” markings. At the new site, we assist with placing items inside drawers and cabinets, although valuable small articles should be kept under your own custody.

Costs: the deposit is based on initial on-site survey of floor area and estimated item density; the final payment is adjusted according to actual waste disposal bag counts, special packaging material usage, and any extra floor-carrying charges.
