This bundle is designed for businesses that may need to change plans on short notice. We allow one free adjustment of service date or item list up to 48 hours before the move (additional changes incur a small administration fee). During execution, if on-site items exceed the list, we add them on a per-item basis in real time without refusing service. This flexibility reduces your planning pressure.

We use versatile standard cartons and universal straps that fit most common furniture shapes. If the new office room usage changes on the spot (e.g., a planned storage room becomes a temporary meeting room), we can adjust placement locations on-site and re-label room numbers accordingly. We reserve spare blank labels for such changes.

The deposit is estimated based on the initial inventory and includes one free adjustment right; the final balance is settled according to actual item count and extra labour hours from on-site changes.
